I want you to be as happy with the products as I am. Please contact email@example.com before you initiate a return if there is an issue. Due to the natural materials used and each item being made to order or in small batches there are natural variations in the products. Much of this is beyond our control, and adds to the uniqueness of handmade goods, but I want to help make it right if it is impacting your enjoyment of the product.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send the item back in original condition and packaging within 14 days for exchange or refund. You will be refunded the full cost (not including shipping) or given an exchange of equal amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Your responsibilities: Email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process. Please include a reason for the return and if you are seeking a refund or exchange. Half Full Designs will not pay for the return shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified about the return status. If seeking a refund it will be sent to the original method of payment.
